These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
This site is owned and operated by Enhance Your Rooms Ltd (‘Enhance Your Rooms Ltd’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’). The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Enhance Your Rooms Ltd. Enhance Your Rooms Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Enhance Your Rooms Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Enhance Your Rooms Ltd acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Enhance Your Rooms Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Enhance Your Rooms Ltd website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Enhance Your Rooms Ltd own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Enhance Your Rooms Ltd website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Enhance Your Rooms Ltd/ Splash Acrylic accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order Enhance Your Rooms Ltd carries out a standard payment process at the time of order placement. This is carried out through a third party payment provider selected on the Checkout page. Enhance Your Rooms Ltd do not themselves handle or retain any card details for orders placed online.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Enhance Your Rooms Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Enhance Your Rooms Ltd from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Enhance Your Rooms Ltd will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Enhance Your Rooms Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Changes to This Agreement
Enhance Your Rooms Ltd reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Supplementary Section: Printed Acrylic Panels
This section is in addition to and does not replace the General Terms section above. It relates to all printed & coloured acrylic wall panels such as splashbacks and shower panels, with the colour sections also relating to any custom printed product available on this site:
Replacement of goods
Enhance Your Rooms Ltd, will replace the goods were it deems necessary with regard to transit delivery damage , or panels it deems as not up to standard due to imperfections of the manufacturing process.
The company disclaim any third party representation or warranty claim of any kind weather expressed or implied. It is the customers responsibility to check with a qualified trades person that the product is fit for purpose and take into account of any copyright or third party warranties or instructions when installing the product. Where a replacement is deemed as necessary, the company will supply the panel free of charge only, not any fitting or third party warranty costs as a result of failure, or a replacement panel being required.
No liability may be derived from any images or statements, nor from any technical advice given. The company do not accept warranty claims of any kind due to the nature of colour printing. The customer is responsible for checking that the colour is a true refection of the shade they are looking to produce. Indeed, we would remind customers that computer colour matches are not at all accurate due to the different contrast from one computer screen to another. The company do not accept liability for any colour issues. Please use Pantone, Ral or BS numbers were ever possible.
Installation & modification of products
It is the customers / installers responsibility to follow and install the panels in accordance with the company’s fitting instructions, and use only a low modulus neutral curing silicone sealant. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being terminated in full.
When attaching or drilling holes in the panels to attach third party equipment, great care must be given to seal the fixing holes with a silicone sealant. Failure to do so could result in the panel being damaged and the warranty will be withdrawn and no liability will be accepted by the company.
Care & upkeep of products
The panels come with a 10 year U.V. damage warranty and must be cleaned with a non abrasive cloth. Hot soapy water, sugar soap or a mild bleach solution are acceptable. Harsh cleaning products will result in long term damage to the panel and the warranty will be cancelled.
Any images supplied to the company for reproduction by the customer must have a copyright agreement belonging to the customer for this reproduction. While the company will not ask to see this agreement the customer must have this licence for the company to carry out any such work on the customers behalf. It will be the customers total responsibility to acquire and own such a licensing agreement and the company will not accept any work if this is not in place. Any liability for a copyright infringement is the sole responsibility of the customer alone. Enhance Your Rooms Ltd do not accept any liability regarding copyright on its customers behalf at any time.
